The Southeast Michigan Chamber of Commerce’s MI Investor Club hosted another dynamic session on Tuesday, November 18, bringing together a packed room of real estate professionals and investors eager to stay ahead in a shifting market. Attendees began the evening with high-energy networking before diving into a comprehensive Macomb County real estate market update. Among the key data points shared: new listings were down 3.7% from September to October, and days on market went up by 10.0%. The update provided valuable insights on supply, demand, and pricing patterns for both seasoned and aspiring investors.

Guest speaker Brad Ward, Vice President of Public Policy and Legal Affairs for Michigan Realtors, took the stage to share how the Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC) is shaping housing policy and fighting for legislative outcomes that benefit real estate professionals and property owners alike. His powerful presentation emphasized the importance of advocacy in preserving a healthy investment climate and gave attendees a behind-the-scenes look at how real estate policy is shaped at the state and national levels. The MI Investor Club continues to offer timely content, off-market deal access, and expert guidance for those looking to grow in Michigan’s real estate landscape.
