✅ Membership takes effect the 1st of month if submitted the 18th of the current month. For example, if submitted the 18th of Jan, the plan will go into effect Feb 1. If submitted the 19th the plan with go into effect Mar 1.
✅ Prior to effective date, welcome letters are sent to all enrollees, providing access through a QR code, desktop or mobile device to their hub of benefits.
