Scott Joy has been with the Chamber since 2018, serving in multiple capacities related to content and technological elements. In addition to creating and maintaining the website, Scott is responsible for copywriting, graphic design and luncheon presentations, amongst other things. He also serves in this capacity for the Warren Community Foundation and North Gratiot Cruise Foundation.

Scott made his way to the Chamber through his website design business, Joyful Website Design. He is also on staff full-time as the Marketing and Communications Manager for MCREST (Macomb County Rotating Emergency Shelter Team), the largest nonprofit agency assisting those experiencing homelessness in Macomb County.

In a past life, Scott was a professional actor and singer —having achieved a Bachelors in Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Webster University in St. Louis. Scott spent many years participating in high level theatrical productions, living and working in New York City, and was represented by a top talent agency for Broadway productions and regional theatre.
